Change… no not the kind you find in your pocket…

We’re talking about the process of becoming different.

In many organizations when you hear the word change people cringe.  In their minds change is a THING to be avoided.

But in organizations today the leadership is finding that to stay relevant, viable and sustainable you have to work in a culture of change.  Change becomes an ACTION. Leaders have to be able to expect and initiate change. Your people have to expect and initiate change. You want raving fans of change, not a puckered up face and crossed arms.

What are some of the barriers to creating a culture of change in your organization?  What can we do to eliminate and minimize the threat of those barriers?
