So some of our friends have started this new work out.  It’s called “Insanity.”  I got to see a little of the video and it lives up to the name. I think insanity, the workout and the word, says a lot about who we are in the world we live in today.  Nuff said. Here the closing thought.  Is the pace you live at insanity?
